The Cortland apple was established in 1915.
It's story: One of the first man-made hybrids. This much adored apple is a cross between a McIntosh and an apple called the Ben Davis. It makes a great baked apple for desserts.  It is Crisp, juicy, sharp and sweet-tart.

                          Rubyfrost (Frost)
            Estimated adult weight 18 pounds

This apple was established in 2013. It was developed by Cornell University's  apple breeding program, these apples reach their peak in the winter. For ultimate flavor try it in a baked seasonal dish. It is high in vitamin C and slow to brown. It has a balanced sweet and tart, taste with a deep and rich crunch and crisp texture.

                          Goldrush (Rush)
            Estimated adult weight 11 pounds

This apple was established in 1990s.
The name "Gold" refers to its old man, Golden Delicious: "Rush" alludes to the rich flavor. This apple is especially delicious when enjoyed fresh.
It has a mildly sweet, crisp and juicy taste.

This apple was established in 2013. Yes this is an apple not a flower! It is a Honeycrisp 2.0. It looks and tastes like its in-demand predecessor but presents none of the production headaches that  plague apple growers.
It is incredibly crunchy with a sweet and spicy flavor.
